As practicing clinicians, these individuals bring extensive massage and bodywork knowledge along with practical experience to the classroom. Carrie Stone


Carrie’s career as a massage therapist began in 2001. Her bodywork has been greatly informed by her extensive training and experience with chair massage, Swedish, deep tissue, Thai massage (including pre-natal and infant Thai massage), and Reiki techniques. Her studies have taken her to New Orleans, Montreal, Thailand, San Francisco, and Portland. Over the course of her career, she has practiced Thai massage at The Naga Center with Nephyr Jacobsen, SF School of Massage with Rachel Johnson, Lotus Palm School of Massage with Kam Tai Chow, and Co-Creative Healing with Stephanie Shrum. In addition to studying massage with a host of amazing teachers, Carrie has served as a teacher’s assistant for Thai massage instructors Stephanie Shrum, Nephyr Jacobsen, and Rachel Johnson.

He is also versed in chair massage: teaching classes for massage students and lay-folk alike; performing chair massage in a corporate setting for plushealth.com; and leading SFSM’s Volunteer Chair Massage team to numerous community events.

Chantel Lucier


Chantel C. Lucier is an ARCB certified reflexologist, reiki master, and certified massage therapist. She is a caring practitioner and teacher who has been giving and sharing the power of reflexology since 2007. Chantel ran a successful reflexology center in New York City, called Angel Feet, from 2005-2015 where she became known as the go-to reflexology expert in New York. Her advice and techniques have been published in numerous locations and her television appearances include NY1’s Wellness Report and the Doctor Steve Show. In 2012 Chantel partnered with HowCast to create 50+ DIY videos on reflexology. Chantel also provides free reflexology tips on her YouTube channel YouTube.com/chantellucier called The Reflexology Minute. Chantel currently teaches all over the country.
